Feed the body 🥑🥚🥩🍌🥦
And it will reward you for it!!
Getting lean doesn’t have to mean starving yourself. Lift and train to put on muscle and feed the body what it needs.
Client Bailey is the perfect example! She trains hard, and we have been able to build her calories up to a maintenance of 2700 per day with no cardio 🙌🏼.
Her body composition has completely changed, she’s built muscle and lost some body fat all while eating as much as ever!
Everyone’s body is different, but I can say for certain the best answer is NOT crash dieting and boat loads of cardio.
Get yourself a coach that will help you reach your goals in a healthy way, and you will be set up for success 💯
