Real honeycomb is one of the most misunderstood treats in the honey world. 🐝

Those golden cells are pure beeswax, built by the bees themselves, and the honey sealed inside is ready to eat just as it is. Cut a piece and put it on warm bread, drop it on a cheese board, or eat it straight off the spoon. The wax is edible too. Chew it like gum and set it aside when the sweetness is gone.

We keep honeycomb in the shop, and it never sits around for long.

We also have a booth at Adam's Ave Street Fair right by the carnival rides from 10 am to 7pm.
