I can’t stop thinking about the Cornell gang r**e.

I’ve debated whether to post this. I don’t usually get political on BEE, and aesthetics is supposed to be light and breezy. But this isn’t political. It’s right or wrong. And staying silent is still taking a position.

I went to Cornell. I volunteered at the Ithaca R**e Crisis Center. I’ve spent my whole career working to make women’s lives better. This hits close to home.

As women, we think about our safety constantly. Where we’re going, who we’re with, what we’re wearing, how much we drink, how we’re getting home.

What happened to this young woman is horrific. Then she faced what happened when she tried to get help. Now she has to face the people who will question and criticize her. That takes incredible courage.

I’m also grateful for the many men who have spoken out and stand up for women.

Most injectors are women. Most of our clients are women. We have to stick together. This isn’t new, but we can’t become numb to it.

(I don’t usually swear on here, so I’m sorry about the language in my video. I was really upset.)

Every October, I donate to an animal charity in Lily’s honor. This year I’m changing it up. For every client I see at BEE in October, I’ll donate $14: $7 to FACE Foundation here in San Diego and $7 to RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, which her attorneys have recommended.

To donate directly to RAINN:

I don’t have the words to make this better. But I can do something.

For her. For women. For all of us who have ever had to think twice about our safety. ❤️

A good treatment plan doesn’t have to mean doing everything at once. 🤍

Her biggest concern was the lines around her mouth, so we used one syringe strategically to soften and support the area while staying within her budget.

Could we do more? Absolutely. But sometimes it’s about starting with what matters most and building from there.

We talk a lot about XERF for the face + neck, but she’s got RANGE.

XERF can also be used on areas of the body where skin is starting to feel a little looser or crepey—especially after weight loss, pregnancy, or just normal changes over time.

Think arms, abdomen, thighs, knees + more.

Same goal: stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and create a firmer, tighter appearance. 🤌🏼

I say this with love… your skin is listening to your habits more than your intentions 😂

Good skin isn’t about doing EVERYTHING. It’s about doing the right things consistently.

SPF. Good skincare. Collagen support. Treatments that actually make sense for your skin.

You can’t keep saying you want good skin and then ghosting everything that gets you there. 🤍

I use both needles AND cannulas when I inject — because they each have a purpose.

Sometimes I need the precision of a needle. Other times, a cannula allows me to navigate a larger area with fewer entry points and potentially less tissue trauma.

It’s not about having one “safe” tool. It’s understanding the anatomy, choosing the right technique for the area + knowing exactly where your product is going.

That’s the part of injecting you don’t always see in a before + after. 🤍

the math is MATHING.

Great skin + collagen + movement management + consistent treatments over time = aging like THAT girl.

It’s not about doing the MOST. It’s about doing the right things consistently so one day everyone’s asking, “wait… what does she DO?”
That’s the kind of aging plan we’re here for.

Cheek filler doesn’t have to mean bigger cheeks.

As we age, we naturally lose volume and support in the deeper fat pads of the face. Restoring that volume strategically can actually help lift and support the surrounding tissue, rather than simply adding fullness.
With Full Appearance, I’m looking at the face as a whole — where support has been lost, where it needs to be restored, and how we can create a natural result without overfilling. 🤍

It’s not about adding more. It’s about placing it where it matters.

This is just 4 weeks after ONE XERF session. You can already see the difference in tightness and texture, and she’s not done yet.

That’s one of the things I ❤️ about XERF. The results don’t stop at what you see right away. It stimulates your own collagen, so the skin keeps firming and improving over the weeks and months after treatment.

One session. 4 weeks. And more on the way.

If loose or crepey skin has been bothering you, whether it’s your tummy, arms, knees, or jawline, let’s talk about whether XERF is right for you.

Never overdone. Always you. 💉

Feeling confident in your injector starts with trust. 🤍

For this patient, that trust comes from knowing I’m constantly training, learning, and refining my technique.

Aesthetics are always evolving—and I believe your injector should be too. Especially when you’re trusting someone with your face. 💉✨
