Swipe for a transformation.

The physical transformation is clear but what you don’t see is the mental and emotional transformation between these 2 pictures that has made a huge impact. Lots of life lessons which has helped me learn how be more patient, loving to myself, to say no, to be more confrontational when I need to be in order to get the facts straight from the source and to keep doing the right thing. Because no matter what happens around me, staying true to my morals, these lessons above I’ve learned, my honest nature always and showing respect to others keeps me content and my mental health stable which has helped me tremendously with the progress in my training leading to these physical gains.

I also owe it to my coach for being an important person and friend in my life who has shown me the ropes in my own training for me to improve so I can be there for my clients the best way possible. To keep spreading this philosophy we have that strength training is fat loss training with the proper diet 💪🏻 if you’re interested in training with me, a link to my website to sign up is in my bio!
