V-Up Wellness

A new era is here for the Brownsville Farmers Market 🌿✨

The Cannery is finally complete, and here’s a little sneak peek of this beautiful new space. We’re so excited to continue bringing V-Up Wellness to this growing community in a whole new setting.

Brownsville Farmers' Market V-Up Wellness
Same heart. New home. New chapter.

Farewell to the Brownsville Farmers Market at Linear Park.

On October 10, the market begins a new chapter at the Cannery Public Market—same location, new facility.

Some vendors will be inside and some will be outside, so be sure to explore the entire market and look for V-Up Wellness next Saturday.

Definitely feeling a little bittersweet, but I have faith this next chapter will be just as special and that the Brownsville Farmers Market will continue to be one of the best markets around.

See you next Saturday at the Cannery Public Market.

Deep Thoughts with a Perimenopause Brain:

Trying to listen.
Trying to process.
Trying to remember what you said 3 seconds ago.
Wondering if it’s hormones… or if I’ve simply had enough for one day. 😂

Either way, I’m making a cup of Hot Mess Hormone Tea and carrying on.

A comforting herbal blend created for the season of life when your hormones — and your thoughts — are doing the absolute most.
