Today was a pretty special one. We had the opportunity to head to SA Live and share a little bit about Wildly Rooted and we got to do it together as a family.

And really, this is what running a family business looks like for us. The kids are there for the markets, the late nights, the packing, the deliveries, the ideas around the dinner table… and sometimes they get to be there for the really cool moments too.

Getting to walk into SA Live together today and experience this as a family was one of those moments we’ll remember for a long time. Pretty wild to think about how far this little idea from our home has already taken us.

Lately I’ve been pairing sea moss with papaya seeds and I really love what they both bring to the table.

Sea moss is naturally rich in minerals like iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc, plus it gives the gut some fiber support too.

Papaya seeds are full of antioxidants, healthy fats, fiber and minerals of their own, and they’ve also been traditionally used for digestion and parasite support.

Two really simple foods that can support the gut in completely different ways, while also giving your body a whole lot of nutrients along the way.

Feeling like Peter Piper this morning! Tending the garden hasn’t been in the cards as much as I wanted this season. BUT it brings such a joy. Between our garden and the beautiful fresh veggies from Ranch Roots Market and Wild Candy Farm we will have pickled goodies for weeks to come!
