One Last Look. One Last Thank You. ❤️🙏🏾

Today, I turned in the keys to Suite 111.

It was a simple act...but one that carried twelve years of memories.

Behind this door, thousands of footsteps became friendships. Clients became family. Veterans entrusted me with their care. Women and men facing hair loss discovered that confidence isn't found in a mirror, it begins in the heart.

This space witnessed laughter, tears, prayers, celebrations, difficult conversations, fresh starts, and countless transformations that had very little to do with hair and everything to do with hope.

As I stood here one last time, I realized something...

The building was simply the address.

The ministry was always the people.

To every client, veteran, physician, caregiver, friend, family member, vendor, and supporter who walked through this door, thank you. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your story. The trust you placed in me has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

A special thank you to my husband, Marcel, who stood beside me until 1:00 this morning and every step of this journey. This chapter could not have been written without your unwavering love and support.

While this door has closed, my purpose has not.

God is already opening new doors, and I step into them with a grateful heart, carrying every lesson, every smile, every prayer, and every life that has forever changed mine.

So this isn't goodbye.

It's simply...

"See you in the next chapter."

A chapter closes. A calling continues. 💜

There comes a time when you realize you've spent years helping others see themselves... and then God gently whispers, "Now it's time for them to see you differently."

Today, July 1, marks the beginning of my final month behind the salon chair.

After decades of serving clients, building relationships that became family, witnessing life's milestones, and being trusted with something as personal as confidence... my official last day in my salon will be July 15.

Who would've thought a career built around hair would prepare me for a life centered around hope?

I've learned that sometimes the greatest transformations have very little to do with what we see in the mirror.

To every client who laughed with me, cried with me, prayed with me, trusted me, and supported my dreams... thank you. You have been part of a journey that has changed my life forever.

Now... before anybody starts asking, "So what are you going to do all day?" 😂

Don't worry... I'm not retiring from purpose.

I'll simply be trading one chair for many stages.

The advocate still has a voice.
The author still has stories to tell.
The speaker still has audiences to inspire.
The coach still has lives to impact.

The assignment has changed.
The mission has not.

So here's to July.
Here's to gratitude.
Here's to closing one beautiful chapter.....and walking boldly into the next.

Some people retire. I'm simply being reassigned.
