From the book, to hands on
We firmly believe in teaching, showing then letting you do it yourself. This formula has been proven to enhance results tremendously! It also allows us to explain in depth, show in depth & then critique/ adjust once you’re doing it yourself! We’re so grateful to be able to show our girl Seleena what we have been doing for 7 years!
She came into this class hesitant, nervous but excited to see what she could learn in 3 days. Well it’s day 3 & she’s taking her first live model! Her client cancelled last minute in day 2 so she wasn’t able to take a model then, but no worries, we have the mannequin there to work on & now she’ll get the opportunity to put everything to work with her model today 🥰!
Of course, we will help & guide.. but she’s been picking up on everything with ease. We have no doubt she will thriveeeee with today’s set!

We can’t believe the last lash class is already here 😭… this year is literally flying by. But Shay & I are soooo happy we set up our schedule the way we did!
From personal, to business goals. We always want to be able to show up for our students with 100% energy and ending classes here will allow us to do just that🥰
It’s bitter sweet because we LOVEEE showing others this skillset. We say it time & time again, but it truly changed our lives 🥹… our goal is to always help our girls start off on the right foot from the beginning. From business set up, legalization, systems, marketing plans, social media guides & even how to get funding so that you don’t have to shell out thousands from your own pockets!
We want to show you how to be an independent in this industry. We’re truly so grateful to be in position to be able to do so🥹

For starters, shout out to our girl San Antonio Lash Artist | Deb for connecting us with Nikki! If you don’t know, Deb was one of our mentees from like 2-3 years ago & also worked alongside of us up until recently! She went to school with Nikki & shared her experience with working with us with Nikki & now here we are mentoring our girl Nikki too🥹!

Anyways, fast forward to Nikki’s journey! She was sooo ready for this info and we can’t wait to see how far she runs with her business. From lashes, to Esti services!
