**A little reminder about no-shows & cancellations 🤎**

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. But when you don’t show up for your hair appointment without letting me know, it affects my business more than you may realize.

Doing hair is my job. It’s how I make an income just like any other job. When you don’t show up, I’ve set aside that time specifically for you, and I’m unable to fill that spot with another client who could have been booked.

A no show doesn’t just cost me the service it costs me the opportunity to have another client in my chair, as well as the time and money I’ve already invested into being there.

no shows will be subject to a fee before another appointment can be booked. Cancellations made with proper notice are always appreciated and allow me the opportunity to fill your spot.

I truly value every single person who sits in my chair, and I hope you can understand that respecting my time is just as important as me respecting yours. 🤎

Thank you to everyone who shows up, communicates, and supports my small business. It means more than you know! ✨

WARNING: may cause you to book with me 🤍🤭

A few days late, but I couldn’t let this milestone pass by. 🤍

On July 19th, I celebrated **4 years** behind the chair! ✨

Thank you to all of my amazing clients for trusting me with your hair and supporting my small business. Thank you to my Firefly Salon family for giving me a place to grow, and to my friends and family for always cheering me on and sitting in my chair.

These last 3 years have looked a little different since becoming a mom. Working part-time has meant long days and late nights, but I’m so grateful I’ve been able to continue doing what I love.

I’m incredibly thankful for this journey and for every single person who’s been a part of it. Here’s to many more years! 🤍✨
