✨ CLIENT TESTIMONIAL ✨
This one is particularly interesting, because not only did I have multiple people at the same time using this, but because I was one of them!
On my personal account a while ago, I'd shared about my stress fracture in my foot. I had already formulated a roller for myself, but I had no idea just how many people were ALSO fighting one!
So, here's the testimonial for all of us lucky gals 😉
"This roller saved me from Od'ing on Tylenol!"
"Your bone health roll on was very helpful even after the fracture healed when I had flare up pain."
"I couldn't have made it without your roller! I'm pretty sure I never went without it the 4 weeks I was in my boot."
..and mine?
Y'all, I'm proud of this blend. I used a base of olive oil infused with arnica, calendula, and St. John's Wort, then added essential oils to it. 🌱
It was herbs + oils, and it ended up being SO nice!
With stress fractures, there's not a lot of visible swelling. However, under the surface, all kinds of things are out of place.
The combination of this oil with helichrysum, frankincense, copaiba, lavender, and peppermint created a blend that helps calm everything down!
Personally, I never had to take OTC pain relief after starting to use this. After healing, occasionally I'd have a pang every now and then, this would take care of quickly.
A little bit about each of these oils (being careful of wording here for legal reasons):
Helichrysum – traditionally used for soothing inflammation and supporting areas of discomfort and recovery
Frankincense – calming and grounding, with soothing properties for aches and inflammation
Copaiba – gentle, soothing, and often used to help calm irritated or uncomfortable areas
Lavender – promotes relaxation and helps ease tension, stress, and discomfort
Peppermint – provides a cooling sensation that can help soothe soreness and discomfort
All that to say- this was a blend I'll keep on hand for anyone unlucky enough to need it!
In the meantime, if you have anything going on you could benefit from some individualized support, I'm accepting clients NOW at Mosier Family Chiropractic!
From emotional and mental support to more specialized physical issues, I'm here to bring my knowledge and education to make you a custom formula that works to support YOU! 🤍

Have a sick toddler, and aren't sure where to start? Here's a simple breakdown of what to think about when sickness hits your home and you want to approach it from a natural perspective!
My favorite oils to recommend for sick toddlers:
- Fir Needle is my favorite for sinuses. It's safer than eucalyptus with almost no contraindications (like asthma) and is just as effective, plus it smells a lot gentler!
- Cedarwood is also great for clearing sinuses, plus is gentle and great for calming both inflammation and emotions. It's especially helpful at night to help promote rest.
- Lemon, orange, any light citrus. Diffuse lightly throughout the day to clear the air, mucus, and all the nasty things that come along with sickness. Citrus is also great to use to give yourself a boost when trying to stay well.
- Lavender, for relaxing everything- inside and out! Roman chamomile is also applicable here.
- If you're a huge fan of Eucalyptus, aim to get ahold of of Eucalyptus Dives instead of Eucalyptus Globulus. It's MUCH gentler on tiny little humans, while keeping it effective.
If you're not into DIYs like the ones here on the slides, you can always shop my ready-made products on my website! I've got a collection of things from staying well to helping support all kinds of illnesses- for all ages.

I'm hearing lots of great feedback on my products carried at Mosier Family Chiropractic, but those are coming with some questions! 🌱
Here's the one I want to answer today:
"Hey Rachel, what's the difference between your TMJ roller and your tooth pain? Which one do I pick?"
GREAT question. Here's the answer. ⬇️
My TMJ roller is designed for discomfort associated with the jaw, temples, and surrounding muscles. Think jaw tension, tight facial muscles, clenching, or that achy feeling that can come from overworked jaw muscles.
It’s applied around the jaw and temples for targeted topical support. This is my choice for those who grind their teeth!
My Tooth Pain roller is formulated specifically for tooth and gum discomfort. This is the one to reach for when the pain feels like it’s coming from a specific tooth or the surrounding gum area.
🌿So which one should you pick?
Jaw tension, clenching, tight muscles, teeth grinding → TMJ Roller
Aching or discomfort centered around a tooth or gum → Tooth Pain Roller
And if you’re not sure which type of pain you’re experiencing, that’s exactly what a consultation can help with. I can help you figure out which formula is the better fit for your individual needs.
*Just remember: essential oils can provide supportive comfort, but tooth pain can be a sign of an underlying dental issue. Persistent, severe, or worsening tooth pain should always be evaluated by a professional!

Aromatherapy isn’t always essential oils.
As an aromatherapist, I love essential oils, but some of the most powerful wellness tools are completely free.
Sunlight plays a major role in regulating your circadian rhythm, which is your body’s internal clock. When light enters your eyes, it sends signals to your brain that help regulate sleep, energy, hormone production, mood, focus, and even stress response throughout the day.
Morning sunlight is especially beneficial because it helps support a healthy cortisol rhythm. Contrary to popular belief, cortisol is not the enemy. We want it to rise in the morning so we feel awake, alert, motivated, and energized. Getting natural light early in the day helps reinforce that pattern and can support better sleep later that night.
There is also something to be said for slowing down long enough to put your feet on the ground, listen to the birds, feel the breeze, and spend a few moments disconnected from the constant noise of everyday life. Nature has a way of bringing us back to the present.
Essential oils can be a beautiful addition to a wellness routine, but they are not the whole picture. Sleep, movement, nourishing food, sunlight, fresh air, stress management, and time in nature all work together to support overall well-being.
Today, consider this your reminder to step outside for a few minutes. Let the sun hit your face. Take a deep breath. Listen to the sounds around you. Your body was designed to interact with the natural world.
If you found this interesting or helpful, be sure to save this and give me a follow for more essential oil and aromatherapy content. I’m here every day! 🤍🌱

✨ CLIENT TESTIMONIAL ✨
I started working with this client a while ago on a skin disorder she’d had for almost her whole life.
Nothing she’d ever tried to help with the appearance ever worked- and it continued to get worse through pregnancy and postpartum.
She reached out to me and I made her a really cool green-colored balm for her skin, and well, the results speak for themselves!
She’s not finished using it, but she got so excited comparing her progress she couldn’t wait to share with me! 🤩
I can’t wait for her to see them completely gone🤍🙌🏼
This is what working one-on-one for someone can do. Her formula isn’t the same as I would make for anyone else, it’s made especially for her.
When you book a consult with me, you’re getting a formula made JUST for you and your needs!
I start accepting clients at my new office at Mosier Family Chiropractic TOMORROW!
If there’s something you need to tackle, please call the office and schedule an appointment with me, or message me to book.
Let’s work together 🤍🌱
