BOOKING POLICY UPDATE

Due to the high number of no-shows, I’m making some changes to my booking process.

No-shows leave large gaps in my schedule that I cannot fill last minute, which directly affects my business. Moving forward, I will be enforcing the following:

• Online booking will no longer be available to everyone.
• Clients who have previously no-showed an appointment will be required to have a card on file to book future appointments.
• 50% of the appointment total will be charged for any future no-show.
• Regular clients who have not had issues with no-shows can continue to book online through the booking text/link you have received previously.
• Pre-booking at the end of your appointment is strongly encouraged to secure your next appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, that’s completely fine — just communicate with me. I understand that things happen. What I cannot continue to accommodate are appointments that are simply not shown up for.

Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and when you don’t show, that time and income are lost.
