Most of you know me as your nurse, your aesthetician, your wellness provider, or the person who is always encouraging you to take care of yourself. 🤍
But there is another side of me that I haven’t shared very much.
I have lived with chronic illness for most of my life. There have been times when I was incredibly strong…and times when I could barely get out of bed.
For years, I tried to hide that part of my life. I just wanted to be “normal.”
I don’t feel that way anymore.
I’ve learned to appreciate this body, this life, and every single moment I get to live it.
So I started HOPE | A Life Well Lived to share more of that journey—the good, the hard, the messy, and everything in between.

We’re all just trying to live this life the best we can. And I plan to make mine a life well lived.
We are SO much harder on ourselves than we would ever be on someone else.
I see it all the time—beautiful women picking apart a picture of themselves because it doesn’t look the way they hoped it would.
But a picture is just a fraction of a second. It doesn’t capture your energy, your presence, your laugh, your confidence—or the way other people actually see you.
So maybe it’s time we stop letting one picture decide how we feel about ourselves. 🤍

This was one of the topics that sparked a lot of conversation during The Peptide Playbook this weekend.
When it comes to peptides, there’s a big difference between FDA-approved medications, compounded therapies, and products labeled for research use only—and those distinctions matter.
My goal isn’t to tell everyone they need peptides. It’s to help people understand what they are, what the science actually says, and why quality sourcing and knowledgeable medical guidance matter.
Education first. Then you can make informed decisions about your own health and wellness goals.
