Ayurveda meets modern wellness. Helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom through education, coaching, and practical tools.

Ayurvedic Practitioner and Wellness Coach here to help you ELEVATE your health NATURALLY.

For most of my career, I’ve helped people move.

Sometimes through dance.
Sometimes through coaching.
Sometimes through wellness.

Lately, that work has evolved into something new.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been putting words to the conversations I’ve been having with clients for years. The ones about why health isn’t nearly as simple as we’ve been led to believe.

Today, I’m excited to share the first articles in The Integrative Perspective, a collection exploring the intersection of modern science, human behavior, and personalized wellness.

They ask questions like...

• Why doesn’t knowing better automatically lead to doing better?
• What if stress affects far more than we realize?
• What if symptoms aren’t just problems to fix, but messages to understand?
• And why do so many people still feel stuck after doing “everything right?”

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting health advice or wished someone would explain things in a way that actually makes sense, I hope you’ll find something valuable here.

I’d truly love your support - after weeks of brainstorming and writing I am excited to finally share these ideas with you all.

Take a few minutes to read one (or all four!), leave a comment, share your favorite, or let me know which idea resonated most.

Your engagement really does make a difference as I continue building this next chapter of my work.

Two weeks ago, Disco and I landed in Florida with a few suitcases, an apartment I had never seen in person, and a brand-new chapter waiting for us.

Since then, I’ve been unusually quiet.

Not because I ran out of things to say (IYKYK 😜)...

Because sometimes life asks you to stop talking long enough to actually live IT.

Moving countries, saying goodbye to a place I loved, starting a new job, rebuilding a home from scratch... it has been beautiful, exciting, exhausting, and surprisingly sit-your-ass-down humbling.

I realized this week that I kept waiting to “feel like myself again” in a place I’ve never lived.

Which, let’s be honest... is a pretty ridiculous expectation. 😄

Maybe this isn’t about getting back to who I was.
Maybe it’s about becoming more fully myself in a place that’s asking something different of me.

For someone who spends her life helping others navigate change, it’s been a good reminder that transitions don’t always feel graceful while you’re inside them. Ugh.

Sometimes they just feel... quiet.

And I’m learning that quiet isn’t a lack of momentum or progress. It’s where the next chapter is taking root.

After all, roots grow entire systems underground that we can’t immediately see from the surface, yet they feed entire forests.

BOTANY BOOP! 🌳

So here’s to new routines, new communities, and giving ourselves permission to not have everything figured out the moment we arrive.

I’ll keep sharing what this season is teaching me, and I’d love to hear if this resonates with you. Oh, and Disco is relieved to know that there is just as much sunshine here in St. Pete.

Hello ‘Murica, I’m glad to be back. 💛🦩🌴

I’ve been keeping a pretty big secret...

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to relocate to Florida in July and close the physical AHA Life Lab location here in Placencia.

This decision has come with tears, gratitude, excitement, and more than a little uncertainty.

When I arrived in Belize, I was looking for a break from the noise and a chance to heal after a difficult season of life. I never imagined that journey would lead to a wellness studio, retreats, resort partnerships, community events, and the opportunity to work with so many incredible people.

What started as a sabbatical became one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.

Belize was never supposed to be a forever decision.
It was a gift I gave myself when I needed it most.

And what a gift it has been!!

As I prepare for this next chapter, I’m feeling deeply grateful for every client, every conversation, every workshop, every retreat, every sound bath, and every moment we’ve shared together.

The studio may be closing, but this work is not.

More soon. 🩵

Lately I’ve been sitting with something I don’t hear enough people talk about…

The messy middle.

That strange season where life no longer fits the old version of you...but the next chapter hasn’t fully arrived yet either.

Midlife has a funny way of bringing us face-to-face with transitions we didn’t plan for:

friendships shifting,
dreams evolving,
identities changing,
energy changing,
priorities changing.

And sometimes, even when you’re deeply grateful for your life you still find yourself asking:

“Who am I becoming now?”

As someone who teaches healing work, I’ll be honest,
there are seasons where I feel deeply inspired…
and seasons where I feel untethered, tired, uncertain, and very clumsy.

I think more women are carrying this quietly than we realize.

Not broken.
Not failing.

Just… between versions of themselves.

And maybe that season deserves a little less shame.

So if you’ve been feeling emotionally stretched lately;
if your nervous system is asking for more rest than hustle…
if you’re rebuilding parts of yourself while still trying to function in everyday life...

You’re not the only one.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like glowing at all.

Sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to hear your own voice again.

❤️

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about my own experience with menopause… and there’s one thing I keep coming back to.

I wish I had understood my body sooner.

For a long time, I was looking at my symptoms like they were problems to fix. Things to fight or push through.

And that’s what most of us are taught, right?

Take something. Suppress it. Move on.

But what I didn’t understand then (and what feels so clear to me now) is that the body doesn’t work like that.

It works in patterns. In rhythms. In relationship with everything around us… including nature.

And when I started to see my body that way; not as something separate, but something in sync with my environment...it changed everything.

There was less urgency to fix, and more curiosity to understand.
And honestly, if I could go back and change one thing, it would be this:

I would have supported my digestion sooner.

Because now I can see how much it was influencing everything.
Sleep, energy, mood, weight, all of it.

And trust that the healing didn’t happen in a dramatic overnight way… but in a steady, little-changes-bring-big-results-over-time kind of way.

Just something that has been on my mind.

I think if more women knew this we would go easier on ourselves.

If this approach resonates with you, read my latest blog article on this very topic.

What if your menopause symptoms weren’t random… but connected?

Ayurveda looks at your body as a whole system, not separate issues to “fix.”

Once the root cause is identified, THAT is where things start to make sense.

If you’re curious how this applies to you, start with my free guide—it’s designed to be simple, practical, and actually usable.

Integrative medicine is about using what works—period.

A blend of Eastern wisdom and Western science, working together to support your body in a way that’s actually effective… and sustainable.

No one-size-fits-all. No guessing.

Over time, my clients don’t just feel better—they start to understand their bodies. They build the awareness and confidence to interpret what their body is asking for, instead of constantly searching for answers outside of themselves.

Because when you understand the root cause, everything changes.

If this kind of approach resonates… we should work together.

This wind swept selfie was the only pic I captured at last night’s full moon sound bath at ✨

I love connecting with the locals who return each month, as well as meeting new friends who have traveled here from far away places.

Each time I offer these sound journeys over the sea there is always a teary moment where I am overcome with gratitude.

This life.
Those views.
The waves.

The world is hurting right now, and every moment of rest we can find is precious.

Next full moon will be May 1st, join us!

We just wrapped our first Gather & Glow ~ A Women’s Wellness Series… and something shifted.

Real talk, shared experiences, and that moment where women realize they’re not broken—they just needed the right understanding.

This is why I do this.

Now more than ever, we need spaces like this.
No phones. Just human connection. And amazing ocean views!

Radiant Return: A Glow Getters Women’s Retreat this June at is a deeper version of this work with the same views—and spots are limited.

If you’ve been thinking about it… don’t wait too long.

Details in my bio. 🤍
