Some days don’t go exactly as planned, and that’s okay! ✨

Our goal was to create a beautiful ashy blonde, but her previous color had a lot going on—hidden baby-blonde highlights mixed with darker lowlights. With so many different pieces throughout the hair, it was important to carefully pick and piece out each strand without compromising the integrity of her hair but we can only do so much. 😞

To protect the health of her hair, I had to remove the foils before some of the darker pieces were lifted as light as we wanted. Because of that, some of the darker pieces remained and the overall result isn’t quite as light as our end goal.

This will be a work-in-progress blonding journey as we gradually work toward a lighter, ashier blonde while keeping her hair healthy and strong. 🤍

✨ MATERNITY LEAVE ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

Some of you may already know, but for those who don’t… we’re expecting a little one! 🥹🤍👶🏻

This is also why I’ve been a little slower with posting and creating content lately. 🙃 I’ve been taking some time to prepare for this new chapter, and I’ll be going on maternity leave soon!

Until then, I’ll still be taking:

October will be my LAST month accepting long color sessions and larger tattoo appointments.

For November, I’ll be booking on a weekly basis for haircuts and quick toning sessions until I go into labor, so please plan your appointments accordingly and book ahead if you’d like to get in before my leave. 🤍

As for when I’ll be returning after maternity leave… that’s still TBD! I want to give myself time to heal, adjust, and enjoy those precious newborn moments without rushing back. 🥹

I’ll announce my return and reopening once I have a better idea of what that will look like.
