There is something really special about women who genuinely want to see other women win.

And I’ve learned that finding someone who has both the hands and the heart is rare. Of course, talent matters — especially when you’re trusting someone with your face 😂 — but so does integrity, personality, and the way someone makes you feel when you’re sitting in her chair.

This woman has all of it.

She’s incredibly talented, genuinely down to earth, her space is beautiful, and I love the way she approaches what she does. She isn’t trying to convince you that you need more just because she can sell you more. She listens, she’s thoughtful, and you can tell she truly cares about the woman sitting in front of her.

We ended up talking today about women supporting women, and that probably made me love her even more. There is room for all of us. We can recommend each other, talk each other up, send business each other’s way and genuinely want to see another woman succeed.

Women who move like that are special.

So, yes — I’m booming her out to my people. 🤍

For all your injector needs, this is your girl.

✨ We’re growing with intention. 🌿

At Mechanix+ Co., we’ve never been interested in building the biggest team.

We’re building the right team. 🤍

Beautiful hair changes how someone looks.

Confidence changes lives.

That’s why we’re looking for artists who believe in more than creating beautiful hair.

We’re in the business of building confidence. Not just behind the chair—but in life.

We believe in creating unforgettable experiences, investing in education, setting bigger goals, celebrating each other’s wins, and never settling for average. ✨

We’re looking for people who want more than a job.

People who are excited to keep learning, dream bigger, be part of something meaningful, and create an experience guests can’t wait to come back to. 🌿

If you’re looking for a salon where culture matters, growth is encouraged, and every guest experience is intentional… we’d love to meet you. 🤍

✨ Visit the Careers page on our website, introduce yourself, and tell us your story.

Today marks the beginning of a beautiful new chapter. 🌸

Watching a young girl step into this milestone and celebrate the amazing young woman she’s becoming is something truly special. 🤍

It was an honor to create your custom extension install + custom cut for your Quinceañera. We hope your day is everything you’ve dreamed of and more. Enjoy every moment, beautiful! 👑✨
