A couple important reminders:

✨ If you need to reschedule and are more than 12 hours out, you can do so through the Square app or your appointment reminder.

✨ If you’re within 12 hours, please call or text us. Changes or cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a fee equal to the scheduled service.

✨ Please keep appointment communication to our business phone or business page rather than our personal pages. Personal messages can easily get missed, especially when we’re out of the office or back-to-back with clients.

And remember—if we don’t answer right away, we’re probably giving the client in our chair our full attention. We promise to give you that same attention when it’s your turn.
