How do you use your shampoo and conditioner?
Shampooing your scalp area will assist in cleaning product build up and dirt. You don't need to scrub shampoo on the ends, they typically are dry and will get clean when combing through the shampoo and rinsing.
When conditioning it's important to focus on the middle to ends of the hair, this is where the hair needs the most moisture. Try and avoid applying conditioners/mask to scalp area. The scalp naturally produces its own oils and applying a conditioner/mask can make the hair flat or oily quicker.
