Today’s Workplace Wellness Program for Beauty Salons & Spas & Schools we learned about our nervous system and ways to regulate it so we can have long lasting careers! Being in a career as beauty professionals, it can be emotionally and physically demanding, so it is important for our students to know how to take care of themselves both in and out of salon and spa spaces!
