A great appointment starts with a conversation. Before we ever mix color or cut your hair, we’re talking about:

• The color you’re envisioning & the inspiration behind it
• Your current hair color & previous color history
• How you typically wear your hair - curly, straight, or blown out
• Your desired cut & face-framing pieces
• How you want your color to look with your everyday styling
• Your maintenance routine & what you’re realistically wanting to keep up with

And before wrapping up, we recapped the entire plan so everyone was on the same page about what we were going to accomplish during the appointment.

Sometimes the best part of the consultation happens after the hair is dried and you can truly see the shape, movement, layers, and length.

That’s when we can take a step back, reassess, and refine. Maybe you want a little more off the ends. Maybe the layers need to be adjusted. Maybe you decide you want more face-framing - or less. All of that is part of the process.
