The short version:👇

The work window is January 1 – October 26, 2026. That’s when the hair was actually done, not when you submit. So most of your year is fair game.

Open to certified stylists, mentors, educators, and Elevate/Masters students. If you’re in Masters right now, you’re in.

Phone footage is fine. Truly. What matters is that the thing being judged — the blend, the color, the flip up — is clearly visible. No heavy filters that blur texture. Your work is better than a filter anyway.

Every category recognizes three tiers. Top 10, Top 3, Winner. And Community Favorite goes to the most publicly voted entry across all categories, because voting is open to everyone.

And the one we won’t bend on: no AI-generated or AI-edited hair, no misrepresenting the extensions used, no work that isn’t yours, no manipulated results. This community’s whole reputation is built on the work being real. We’re protecting that.

Things extension clients think matter vs. what actually matters 💡

She’s worried about: the transformation, how fast the appointment can be, whether people will see it, how much hair she can have. All Fair questions, but none of them are the ones that decide how this goes.

Here’s the real list:

Strategic placement and density matched through the whole head, not just the back. Clean sectioning. Intentional placement. Attention to detail nobody will ever consciously notice. Length that fits her natural density, so her hair can actually handle it. Weight distributed properly so the install stays comfortable and safe for her own hair.
