The biggest shift in my career happened when I stopped trying to memorize the maneuvers.
And started trying to understand the women I was treating.
Anyone can learn a maneuver, a sequence, a method.
The real work is learning to listen, to observe, and be authentically present.
That’s what creates consistency. That’s what creates trust. And that’s what elevates Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage from a treatment to a profession.
As this field continues to grow in the U.S., I hope we become known not just for beautiful results, but for exceptional standards.

When people ask me why I’m teaching Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, they usually assume it’s because I want to train more providers. Sure, that’s part of the story.
But what really really motivates me is something bigger.
Every profession reaches a point where it grows faster than its standards.
And that’s the moment that determines its future.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage has earned incredible attention in the United States over the past few years. Now, comes the more important work: building a profession known for consistency, education, and excellence - not just popularity.
That’s the kind of future for BLD in the U.S. that I want to help create.

People often ask me what makes Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage “work.”
They’re usually expecting me to say something about pressure, or a specific maneuver, or a secret technique.
The truth is much less glamorous.
It’s sensitivity.
It’s understanding what you’re feeling under your hands.
It’s recognizing patterns.
That’s what separates someone who performs Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage from someone who truly practices it.
As this profession grows in the U.S., my hope is that our standards grow with it. Because our clients deserve consistency. And our industry deserves practitioners who are committed to mastering the craft - not just memorizing a few maneuvers.

In what sequence.
At what pace.
What lymph nodes you activate. How you activate them. And why.
That’s the difference between a treatment that simply feels good... and one that’s built on intention.

People think I built Lymphologie because I love aesthetics. I didn’t.
The truth is...
I became fascinated by the stories women tell themselves about their bodies.
“I gained weight.”
“My metabolism is so slow.”
“I’m just getting older.”
“I guess this is my normal now.”
For years, I watched women blame themselves for things they didn’t understand.
Not because they weren’t paying attention.
Because no one had ever taught them to ask different questions.
That’s the conversation I wanted to change.
Lymphologie™ was never meant to be another spa.
It was built on a simple belief:
Your body isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a system to understand.
And I have a feeling... that’s where the future of wellness is headed.
Wellness is evolving. And flow is the future.
Somewhere along the way, wellness became another thing to be good at.
Another routine to perfect.
Another rule to follow.
Another reason to feel like you’re not doing enough.
But your body isn’t a project that needs constant correction.
There’s something powerful about shifting from control to curiosity.
Paying attention to what your body is communicating, supporting the systems that are already working for you, and choosing care that works with your body instead of against it.
