Let’s try this again! A scammer posing as Flying Goat Yoga swiftly created an account and then notified “winners” to enter their credit card information to “hold” their spot. I deleted the original post, and made note of all entries.

Flying Goat Yoga will NEVER ask our followers to provide credit card information for a contest!!

We missed you!!

I can't tell you how many times over the last 6 months I tried to sit down to create content, and it wasn't in me. I needed this time to reflect, reset, and just BE....BE with Greg, BE with my friends, BE with my family, BE with the dogs, BE a goat lady, and most importantly, BE at peace.

Now it's time to reengage and gear up for all the fun we're going to have at the farm! Construction starts in the next couple of weeks on the yoga pergola! Goat yoga will be starting as soon as
the pasture is dried up—aiming for next month!

With that said....

To our family and friends, we are reaching out looking for help to support the Maple Angus and the Butler family. Please Read all the way through.

As many know Josh and Heather have been ordered to close the restaurant by the State of Vermont’s D.E.C. There is a push to give them an extension to remain open at the state level by our representatives Tom Burditt and Arthur Peterson and local levels.
Josh and Heather as well as their families have been supporters of our local community for over the 30 years that we have known them. We have never known a family that has done as much to support this community from school sports teams, families in need, veterans, and our American Legion Post 87 West Rutland Vermont. to the Warrior Dog Foundation Benefit. They have been involved in supporting the community at every level from being in the background helping things run smoothly to running events.
It is time for our family and community to give back to a family that has given so much to us.

Due to mishaps in the state water and wastewater permitting process they need our help.

They took great risk leveraging their assets to open a business, through what can only be described as challenging/difficult time economically. At this point it is going to cost them approximately $80-100,000 dollars additionally or they could stand to lose everything.

When approached to ask if they were ok with us putting this post out there, they said we don’t deserve that, and they will figure it out. Their main concern was that their 10 employees are losing their jobs just over 2 weeks before Christmas at the start of what is looking to be a very cold season. We want them to see how much their community friends family etc. appreciate all they have done for them.

THE PLAN: for 5000 people; Friends, Family, businesses or just simply lovers of the Maple Angus’s food to gift $20 (or any amount that you can) to Josh & Heather. To help keep an incredible family moving forward and thriving in our community. We understand if people are unable to give but please share this post so that others can see it.

We are planning to have a drop off station from 10-2 at the Maple Angus for anyone who is out and about this Saturday the 10th.
