Redefined Spa

🎉 Exciting Announcement! 🎉

I’m thrilled to officially launch my online health and fitness coaching business!

As a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I’ve spent over 15 years helping people transform their lives through fitness—both in 1-on-1 training and group classes.

Fitness has been my passion, my community, and my lifestyle.

Aside from my love for fitness, I also hold a PhD in Psychology and work full-time as a Real Estate Broker.

Fitness has helped me manage the challenges of a busy life, and I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all my clients—whether you're looking to let go of everyday stress or feel more energized and strong.

When I started my fitness journey over 15 years ago, I wasn’t the picture of health.

But I committed to making real changes and haven’t looked back since!

There were plenty of ups and downs, and it took me years to figure out the right approach.

But when I discovered the power of Metabolic Training and HIIT, everything transformed.

What I love most about these methods?

You don’t need a gym full of equipment—you can do these workouts anytime, anywhere, and still get incredible results.

If you're ready to start YOUR transformation, I’m here to help!

Whether you prefer 1-on-1 coaching or group classes, in-person or online, I’ve got the tools, knowledge, and support you need to reach your fitness goals.
