Your appointments are very important at Bellus Wax Studio, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
- Less than 12 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Last minute cancellation
- Last minute reschedule 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Same day rescheduling 25% needs be 2 hrs. prior your scheduled appointment.
- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 75% of the reserved service amount.
**Please be courteous to your time and other clients. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and will be counted as NO SHOW. The Appointment policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
