Today’s weather has definitely been affecting me too. 💜

If you’ve been dealing with headaches, migraines, body aches, fatigue, or just feeling “off,” you’re not imagining it. Changes in barometric pressure, humidity, temperature, and storms can affect many of us.

Since I’m feeling the effects as well today, I wanted to share a few gentle self-care reminders that are helping me:

🪻 Drink plenty of water and electrolytes
🪻 Keep your home cool and comfortable
🪻 Stretch gently and move your body slowly
🪻 Take a few deep breaths and rest when needed
🪻 Be patient with yourself

Your body isn’t working against you—it’s responding to the environment around you.

Today’s reminder:
You don’t have to push through the pain. Rest is productive. Self-care is essential.
