It’s so amazing how beginning the day with intention can change EVERYTHING about your day. Beginning the day with intention can look different to everyone, but for me it looks like waking up reading my devotional, my bible, and writing in my journal. My morning starts the best with a healthy breakfast, some sunlight, and a walk outside! After this walk I like to push my body a little harder for a sweat, during this I may even listen to a podcast that will fuel my mind and soul. This morning routine takes me an hour to 2 hours everyday but my mind feels so much sharper and I have so much more energy! Even if I do just one of these things in the morning it helps!
