Wildly Kind Wellness

Your breath is basically a remote control for your nervous system, and most of us never touch the dial! When you slow it down on purpose, your whole body gets the memo. Heart rate drops, shoulders unclench, mind stops spinning.

If that sounds like something you need, come join DeLia for Back to the Body Breath every Wednesday this month. You'll leave lighter, promise!

Hello there! I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that our cozy studio is closing. The last day will be November 19th. Thank you to everyone who showed up to our events and classes for the last three years. Our teachers will be around town teaching at different locations. Please reach out to them to find out their new spots and class times.

Big big love and gratitude for everyone ♥️♥️♥️

There was a time my body just didn't feel like mine. Workouts were wrecking me instead of helping me. Then I tried yoga, and something clicked. After one class I felt strong, limber, and calm all at once. I remember thinking yep, more of this please. That feeling is exactly what I wanted to build a space for, so more people could feel it too.

New week, new chance to roll out your mat. Peek at what's on this week and find the class that's calling your name. See you soon! 1027 Elk Street in Rock Springs.

It the Best month of the year already! Haha well to me it is the Best Month 🎃
Here is our studios schedule! See ya there 🍁🍄‍🟫🍂🧙‍♀️

This one is a reminder that yoga isn't really about touching your toes. It's about the practice of showing up for yourself, over and over, until you actually start to know who's under all the noise. Come take that journey with us this week.

Restorative Yoga is for the people who have spent the entire week doing things for everyone else.

It's slower. It's supported. And you aren't trying to push yourself into anything.

Props help support your body while you settle into comfortable poses and give yourself permission to actually relax.

No sweating.
No rushing.
No trying to keep up.

Just you, your breath, and some very intentional doing absolutely nothing for a little while. 💛

Join us tonight at 6pm!

You know how you don't wait until your car is completely falling apart before you change the oil?

Your body would like the same courtesy. 😅

Massage doesn't have to be something you save for when you're completely exhausted, incredibly sore, or finally admit that your shoulders have been living next to your ears for three weeks.

Sometimes it's just maintenance.

A little time to slow down, take care of your body, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Jenn offers 60 and 90 minute massage sessions with additional options including Reiki, facial massage, dry brushing, and scalp and facial massage.
