Rock Springs, class of 2013? You might already know our newest team member. 👀
Please welcome James Sedey, PTA, to Alliance Therapy & Chiropractic!
James grew up right here, studied at UW and LCCC, and came home to help his own community move better. He’s worked in sports rehab, orthopedic recovery and neurological rehab, and he believes PT should be something you look forward to, not something you dread.
Off the clock, you’ll find him camping, hunting, fishing or watching whatever game is on.
Help us welcome him! Drop a 👏 below, or tell him your favorite fishing spot around Sweetwater County. (He says he won’t tell anyone.)

An injury doesn’t always mean you need to stop moving.
When something hurts, our first instinct is often to rest, avoid movement, and wait until we feel better. But sometimes, the right kind of movement is exactly what our bodies need to recover.
During PT for Future Me Month, Decker is sharing an important reminder: recovery isn’t always about doing less. It’s about learning how to move safely, rebuild strength, and regain confidence after an injury.
Physical therapy can help you understand which movements support healing, when to modify activity, and how to gradually return to the things you enjoy.
The goal isn’t just to get past today’s injury. It’s to keep your body moving well for the years ahead.
