Replacing a side tooth may be the last thing on your list of priorities but for some it may be the very thing that’s keeping them from taking a new position, posting content or just being in a regular conversation with confidence.
In this video I am showing you the DIY process that I went through to receive my ResetSmile device. It was a simple step by step process backed by good customer service and professional dental oversight. The entire process took about 4 weeks to complete. It’s important to mention that following the dental impression portion of the process is the most important to get an accurate fit!

Fall is the perfect time to give your thin, fine hair a little break. 🍂
I tried this 16” Burmese half wig from 𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥💕 and I love that you can make it as protective as you want. I only left out a small amount of my natural hair, I put my hair in a ponytail but you have the option to braid the rest down, removed the combs and sew it down so there’s less pulling and friction on your hair.
Now, if the combs don’t bother you, you can absolutely keep them in and use the combs + drawstring for a quick install.
This is such a good fall protective option, especially if you’re growing your hair out and want that transition from short hair to a cute shoulder-length look without manipulating your natural hair every day.
Protect the hair underneath and still switch the look up. That’s the goal. 🤎
Would you wear a half wig as your fall protective style?

Happy September! 🤎
I am praying that this new month brings a renewal to your mind, body and spirit. That you’re able to reset, refocus and really prioritize your hair health.
May the Lord ease your anxious thoughts, comfort the aches of your heart, may His countenance shine upon you and may His peace guard you! 🙏🏾
Now let’s get into the topic at hand…
Holistic hair loss solutions vs. surgical hair restoration.
I’ve been noticing more and more Black women considering surgical hair restoration and even traveling to other states and countries to have these procedures done.
And it made me think…we need to be having more conversations about this!
Holistic hair loss solutions can be a great option when you’re dealing with thinning or hair loss that may still have the potential for restoration. But what happens when the hair loss is more severe? When the follicles have been permanently damaged?
This is where surgical hair restoration may become an option because we’re no longer just trying to stimulate the hair…we’re talking about actually replacing hair in those areas.
So I want to hear from the women who have dealt with CCCA (Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia), traction alopecia, alopecia areata or even just that run-of-the-mill crown thinning that seems to get worse over time…
Have you ever considered a hair transplant?
What stopped you?
What are you afraid of?
What questions do you have?
And if you’ve already had one…I definitely want to hear about your experience!
Let’s talk about it because I think this is a conversation more Black women need to be having. 👇🏾
