All ready to give a 90min session later this morning 💆‍♀️😌

Massage therapy is looked at as a luxury cuz places treat it as a luxury like body wraps, all the extra add ons to make it sound better, etc..; when in fact it is a necessity 💖 I use hot stones to help warm up and relax the muscles and I also do cupping as a way of bringing the toxins, etc up to the surface which makes it easier to work on the areas and not having to use much pressure. Also use it for myofascial release which breaks up all of that fascia to be able to get to the muscles. I also do not charge extra using those.

I used to trade with another therapist for almost 9 years...I moved to Shakopee just shy of 3 years ago and I definitely do not get massages like I used too 😅 I can tell it totally affects my body as well as my mind/mental health.

Life is definitely challenging and can throw ya for a loop, but can also be very beautiful and exciting. Life is like a Rollercoaster. Goes up down and all around ya just hold on for the ride until the end.

We learn from our mistakes we make. That's how we learn.

Sometimes you need to hit rock bottom to snap you out of whatever darkness you were in and it's truly a blessing ✨️

Getting a massage and on a regular basis helps with pain and mobility. Also stretching helps very much! The older we get our body stiffens. Stretching and on a regular basis is very beneficial to the body.

Stress does crazy things to your body and your mind...

Getting a massage and on a regular basis helps reduce some of the stress...does many other wonderful benefits, but almost every client I've given a massage to is STRESSED...has been this way for quite sometime.

This world is very heavy with hate and negativity which can turn you hateful and negative. It definitely turns me hateful and negative. I absolutely do not like being that way at all. 😔

I had a very much needed Reiki session done this morning. People who are continuously taking care of other's need to be taken care of as well. I need more of them and I need to start getting a massage and on a regular basis.
