At Chi Wah Organica we celebrate the art of beauty within each individual, creating customized looks with product and techniques taught by Aveda. Our mission is to create positive experiences for our guests that not only leave their hair feeling refreshed, but a sense of renewal overall.

We are looking for a Salon Assistant to join our busy, high-traffic Aveda Concept Salon!
For over 33 years, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional customer service and beautiful hair. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, positive, and excited to be part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities include:
• Setting up stylist stations before services
• Cleaning and resetting stations after each guest
• Shampooing and conditioning guests
• Blow drying when needed
• Assisting with color retouches
• Helping guests with retail recommendations
• Sanitizing tools and workstations
• Covering the front desk when needed
• Keeping the salon running smoothly throughout the day
Whether you’re looking for a long-term assistant position or hope to become a stylist one day, we’d love to meet you! We offer opportunities for growth, including an apprenticeship program for those interested in advancing their career. If you love being an assistant, we’re just as happy to have you in that role too.
