“Elle est pas bulle, la vie?” from Catherine & Pierre Breton is a playful Loire sparkler made from 100% Chenin Blanc using the ancestral method. The 2025 is fresh, lively and lightly bubbly, with native-yeast fermentation, no filtration or fining, no dosage, and no added SO₂.

Basically: bright, refreshing, natural bubbles that are dangerously easy to keep pouring.

François Carillon 1611 Puligny Montrachet Les Enseignères 2023 🤍🇫🇷

100% Chardonnay from one of Puligny Montrachet’s standout village sites, Les Enseignères, sitting just below Bienvenues Bâtard Montrachet. The 2023 is all white peach, citrus and chalky minerality, with bright acidity and a long, precise finish.

Elegant, mineral and very classically Puligny. One for the white Burgundy lovers.

M. & C. Lapierre Raisins Gaulois 2025 is 100% Gamay from Beaujolais, made from younger vines and bottled with freshness and pure drinkability in mind. Juicy red fruit, bright acidity, soft tannins and just enough earthy character to keep it interesting.

Give it a slight chill and you’ve got the ideal red for these in between fall days when you’re not quite ready for the heavy stuff yet. 🍂

Cabernet with a little attitude from André Hueston Mack’s Maison Noir. Ripe cassis, blueberry and black cherry meet dried herbs, a touch of smoke and enough acidity to keep everything fresh. It leans New World in fruit, but with a more structured, savory feel. A staff fav!

Thomas Labaille L’Authentique Sancerre 2025 is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Chavignol, grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Native yeast fermentation, lees aging, and no filtration give it a little more texture and depth than your average Sancerre while keeping all that bright freshness we love.

Think green apple, citrus, fresh herbs and lots of chalky minerality. Crisp, lively, and extremely easy to come back to.

R.H. Coutier Cuvée Rosé Grand Cru 🥂🌸

Grower Ch*****ne from Ambonnay Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for a rosé that’s both fresh and structured. Expect red berries, citrus and a touch of toast with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a dry finish.
