My heart is so full after this retreat.
Twelve women arrived from different walks of life, many as strangers, and somehow left as sisters.
Over these beautiful days, we shared our stories, our struggles, our dreams, our laughter, our tears and the parts of ourselves that aren’t always easy to share. We prayed together, encouraged one another, made memories and created space to simply slow down and be present.
From sunsets, boat rides and dolphins swimming beside us to heartfelt conversations, 9D Breathwork and Divine Lymphatic Facials, every piece of this retreat felt incredibly special.
There was so much love poured into the little details too. Beautiful, nourishing food bowls made with so much intention, plus the quiet hands behind the scenes helping, supporting, encouraging and creating a calming presence throughout our time together. It truly took so many loving hearts to make this experience what it was.
I am so grateful for every woman who trusted me to hold space for her. To breathe. To release. To receive. To rest. To reconnect with herself.
I came into this retreat hoping to pour into these women, yet I walked away just as nourished by them.
There is something powerful that happens when women feel safe enough to open their hearts. Walls come down. Hearts soften. Healing begins. Strangers become sisters.
Twelve women. Twelve stories. Twelve hearts. One unforgettable sisterhood.
This retreat wasn’t simply something we experienced.
It became a part of us. 🙏
