What are your hormones doing?
How are you eating and moving?
What’s happening in your actual LIFE?

Sometimes there’s something to treat. Sometimes there isn’t. Sometimes the answer is medical, sometimes lifestyle, and very often it’s a combination.

But “well, you’re getting older” shouldn't be the end of the conversation.

That’s where I like to start.

Apparently if I ever become the villain, I’m The Alchemist.

And frankly… this tracks. 😂

My villain origin story isn’t wanting to take over the world. It’s getting tired of watching people hand over their health, intuition and power because “that’s just how it’s done.”

So I stop asking permission.
I question the rules.
I mix science with strategy, beauty with power, and healing with a little disruption.

Because maybe the people who challenge the system aren’t always the villains.

Maybe sometimes they’re just the ones willing to ask:
