Healing Arts Massage

It’s going to be okay. Bit it’s going to be different.

Not different as a warning. Different the way spring is different from winter, the way morning is different from the hour before it. Not worse. Just new.

Change does not arrive to punish you. It arrives because something in you already outgrew the shape you were living in.

The next chapter will not look like the last one.
It will not feel like the last one.
It will not need the last one to make sense.

As the saying goes, the only way out is through.

You are allowed to grieve the version of your life you are leaving.
You are allowed to feel unready.
You are allowed to walk toward the unknown without knowing the ending, and still trust that you are walking toward something.

What is ahead does not need you to be who you were. It only needs you to keep moving.
