My beautiful client has white hair naturally. She likes to break it up with some lowlights for dimension and I couldn't agree more!

Please note, just like all color, lowlights and cool tones will fade and when they do, they fade up warm and more brassy.

Regular upkeep is necessary but totally worth it 🤗

I would like to note that just like vivid colors, reds and coppers can fade a bit faster. To help color last longer:

-Never wash your hair! Just kidding....wait no I'm not 🤪

-When you do wash, try to use as cold of water as possible

-Use a professional, color-safe shampoo and conditioner

-Lay off on heat styling or keep your hot tools temperature as cool as possible

I love styling hair with a wave after a color service because it can show off contract and tones but seeing it straight is key. This is what will show a true blend.

I completed a partial balayage service to brighten her up and maintain her low maintenance lifestyle. She is now lighter at the root but has a nice natural blend.

This young lady wanted highlights that were noticed. I went in and did a thick weave partial balayage to give her the contrast we were looking for ❤️

I love being a vivid hair colorist even though the service can take longer and maintenance can be higher. Vivids can have a mind of their own and sometimes be surprising in their results. The key is to heavily saturate the hair and make sure it is lifted to the desired level.
