First time client. After servicing this new client I saw 👀 things I could’ve done better on this cut. Luckily for me he came back for a second visit aka opportunity for me to redeem myself and to be better than I was on the first attempt cutting this client. I was honest with the client and informed him of how I felt with the outcome of the first haircut and he informed me that he was happy and that he really liked it and that’s all that matters. I still am not a perfect barber but thanks to people like this who encourage us to keep striving for greatness. Stay tuned for the video of the second time this client cuts his hair with me.

Un cliente nuevo. Después de atenderlo, noté 👀 detalles que podría haber mejorado en aquel corte. Por suerte, regresó para una segunda visita, lo que me dio la oportunidad de superarme y hacerlo mejor que la primera vez. Fui sincero con él y le comenté cómo me sentía respecto al resultado del primer corte; él me dijo que estaba contento, que le había gustado mucho y, al final, eso es lo que importa. Aún no soy un barbero perfecto, pero agradezco a personas como él, que nos motivan a seguir esforzándonos por alcanzar la excelencia.
