Queen Jawanda, Ms. Exquisite Full-Figured DMV 2023

❤️ WEEK ONE: KNOW YOUR NUMBERS ❤️

One number changed the course of my family’s life. That’s why this week is personal.

Blood pressure. Cholesterol. Blood sugar. Do you know YOUR numbers?

Knowing your numbers gives you the opportunity to take action. Don’t wait until something feels wrong to start paying attention to your heart health.

This week, I’m challenging you to:
❤️ Know your numbers
❤️ Encourage someone you love to know theirs
❤️ Join Team The Beat Goes On
❤️ Make an impact with a donation of any amount

I can’t change my family’s story, but together, we may be able to help change someone else’s.

Get Checked. Stay Informed. Take Action.

Ready to join the team or make a donation?

Becoming Legacy You don’t chase the life. You become the legacy. This week we’re talking about becoming now what you keep postponing for later. Not pretending. Not performing. Practicing legacy in real time. Ask yourself today: What does legacy choose in this moment? Join me for Week 5 of the Intentional Energy series as we step out of potential and into embodiment. “I don’t wait to arrive I embody now.” #JourneyWithJai #BecomingLegacy #IntentionalEnergy #LegacyMindset #Embodiment IdentityShift

In this Season I have learned to LOVE ALL OF ME! The good, the bad, the beautiful, and even the ugly because it all has created me. What tried to break me made me stronger. #journeywithjai #bossplanners #birthdayvibes #stronger #embracingme
