Authentic Means LLC

Hello, my name is Kacee Means and I have been practicing yoga since I was 18 years old. During my first yoga class, I remember feeling at peace and noticing how I could finally take a deep breathe. I feel in love. I have a bachelor's of science in nutrition and nursing. I have been working full time as a RN since August 2012. I incorporate my knowledge and experience with nutrition, health, fitness, and yoga, into my teachings. I am certified to teach vinyasa, hot hatha, and yin styles of yoga. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am thankful for my 200 hours of RYT training.
