Morgan Massie, Chief Learning Officer at MenoPalz, is helping lead two important conversations as MenoPalz brings The M Factor Film: Before the Pause – Perimenopause to Reno.

On October 14, Morgan will lead Menopause at Work: From Awareness to Action, a professional development session for HR, People Ops, Benefits, Learning & Development, and organizational leaders focused on what menopause means in the workplace and how employers can better prepare their people and organizations. The session is approved for 1 SHRM PDC.

On October 15, Morgan will moderate the expert conversation following the Nevada screening of The M Factor 2, bringing together workplace, healthcare, and employment perspectives around perimenopause and menopause.
