Today I close a chapter in my story.

Over 20 years ago, I took a leap into the beauty industry. I became Maya the hairstylist, and over time that journey grew into so much more.

Five years ago, I opened Amaranth Salon with a dream of creating a space where young stylists could learn, grow, and build confidence in their careers. Amaranth became more than a salon—it became a place of opportunity, friendship, and growth for everyone who walked through its doors.

Today, I close the chapter of owning a business in the town where I grew up. While this chapter is ending, my love for the beauty industry is not. I’ll continue doing what I love—supporting, inspiring, and helping others grow in this incredible industry.

Thank you to my friends, family, our amazing guests, and most of all, the incredible Amaranth Team. Thank you for believing in a little dream and helping turn it into something truly special.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s the beginning of a new chapter. ❤️

Dear Valued Guests,
We hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of our beloved salon. After much consideration, we have decided that our last day of operation will be July 25th. This decision was not made lightly, and it brings us great sadness to say goodbye.

Over the years, we have been truly blessed to serve such a wonderful community. Your loyalty and support have been the heart and soul of our business. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in our team and for allowing us to be a part of your haircare journey. Whether it was a simple trim or a complete transformation, every visit was a special moment for us.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we hope you stay connected with your stylist at their new salon home. Please note that we are not currently offering online booking. Please reach out directly to your stylist for all booking information.

Once again, thank you for your unwavering support and for being a part of our salon family. We will miss you dearly and wish you all the best in the future. 💗
