Loving my Musical Mushroom to keep my tonic drone. A great addition to my sound healing tool box. ✨

Just a girl, her cat and some crystals, embracing growth and change, courtesy of this amazing eclipse.
The cloud cover represents protection and support as the journey moves inward in this next shift. Nice to know the divine has my back❤️

Get away. Go play. Hang out with dogwoods. Discover fun again. ❤️
Exploring sound in this space for the first time in group setting. The sound created a cozy cocoon around us. This space added a warmth and deepness to the sound that I attribute the intentional peace cultivated here. I am so grateful for the spaces I have been blessed to facilitate sound in. They are all places of intentional peace and healing ❤️ next sound bath is fully booked on Wednesday 4/15. There are some spaces left for 4/22.
