Our apple tonic sadly didn’t make it into the pictures, but she’s included in the sale!

An oxymel is a combination of an acid and honey and is a potent way to extract vitamins and minerals and help the body retain hydration. It can be taken as digestive support before or after meals and as a delicious addition to your daily beverages.

I call these “tonics” and they are YUM!!

I’m discounting them heavily to move inventory, so you’re nearly getting these at-cost.

Meet the tea blend I formulated when wildfire smoke filled Wisconsin one summer.

Pair it with my lung support blend for the extra smoky days, or any of the single tinctures or elixirs (mullein, cordyceps, nettle, marshmallow root)

Our ancestors dipped in natural bodies of water on a regular basis. They knew the charge it brought to unwind stress, tension, and dis-ease from their bodies.

We, as a collective, live in concrete jungles, lifted far above the dirt, and swim in pools made of cement and treated water. A far cry from what was once natural for our ancestors.

Magnesium is an easy spark to add back into daily life.

Dip in a natural body of water, drink spring water, soak in a magnesium rich bath, slather on our dreamy butter, or apply the magnesium mist.

Soak in that beautifully healing charge.

// all of our magnesium products restock on August 1st!

a few questions inspired by a conversation with a friend last year, and sticking my hands in the soil today. 🌱

we already know that direct contact with soil activates serotonin production and contributes to relieving the weight of depression. I call garden dirt under my nails a “millionaire’s manicure.”

we already know that trees and fungi communicate with each other.

but what if there was also an exchange between humans and the microorganisms found in soil? what if, when planting tomatoes, your skin informed the soil what specific nutrients your body may need that summer? and the tomatoes grew nutrients especially for you?

what if that is another reason to eat locally as much as possible and find farmers who actually touch dirt?

my brain loves questions like these! 🌱
