I was reading this review (swipe đđż) last night, and honestly, the part that hit me hardest wasnât about the results but the word integrity.
In an industry where quick fixes are sold left and right, my goal has always been simple: treat people right, deliver exceptional work, and build real relationships. And integrity doesnât mean everything will always go perfectly. This is medicine, and there will be moments where outcomes, expectations, or even perceptions donât perfectly align. Iâve learned that your character as a practitioner is revealed just as much in how you navigate those moments as it is in the results.
When a client trusts me enough to bring in their spouse, children, and extended family, thatâs an honor. I see whole generations of families trusting me with their skin and their care, and I will never take that for granted. Thank you always for letting Amare Aesthetic be part of your journeyđ¤đżđ

Neurotoxins isnât for everybody, and I think we need to talk more about the nuances that comes with these treatments. Aesthetic medicine is not an exact equation, as weâre working with anatomy, muscle movement, nervous system feedback, individual perspective, and a medication that can affect every person a little differently. No two people will experience the same thing ever.
That means not every sensation or experience after treatment can be perfectly predicted beforehand or immediately explained the moment it happens. But a good assessment will! Sometimes, some things feel different before we can see anything objectively. Sometimes we watch and allow the treatment to settle. Sometimes we reassess. And yes, sometimes an adjustment is appropriate. This is not to say that complications or mishaps do not happen but sometimes heaviness after neurotoxins can be normalâŚswipe through to learn more đđż
I discuss the process to evaluating what youâre experiencing, never dismissing what you feel or pretend every treatment will be perfectly predictable. But itâs to educate you on what we know, assess what we can see clinically, explain what may be happening, and guide you through the process from treatment to settling to reassessment. Folks may say, âOh youâre making it more complicated than it needs to be.â And thatâs the difference between simply performing a treatment and deeply understanding what youâre actually doingâŚ.to navigate what comes after.
On thr patient side, there has to be a little grace for the process too. Not every concern needs an immediate intervention, and not every result should be judged before the treatment has had time to fully declare itself. The Internet can be the wild wild west, so go to someone you trust. Just because you can find someone cheaper or closer who can do it doesnât mean that theyâre the best option for you. Itâs your face!! Not McDonaldâs. Good aesthetic care is a partnership: communication, patience, trust, appropriate follow-up, and adjustments when theyâre actually indicated. Play the long game folks.

A moment for her progressđđż
You can match my top shelf product for product, use the exact same prescription, and still get zero results. Real skin transformation does not come from owning all the top or viral brands, it comes from being guided by someone who understands how formulation, vehicle, and cellular response interact.
Putting the right active in the wrong base is useless. A tretinoin in a heavy lipid vehicle behaves entirely differently than the same concentration in a light gel. If the pH sequence is wrong by stacking the wrong products, your active ingredients neutralize on contact. Duping products with ai, wonât give you the healing results as a quality formulated product. If your barrier capacity is already stressed, even the highest grade active will cause inflammation instead of healthy renewal. There are so many things that go into a product that goes beyond whatâs listed on a label.
My focus is to always:
â˘Evaluate your barrier capacity and stratum corneum health before introducing aggressive actives. No oneâs trying to sell you anything. Breath. I can clock your habits by your skin a mile away.
â˘Matching the delivery mechanism, gel, cream, or fluid, to your skinâs immediate lipid balance. That includes compounds too, different pharmacies use different vehicular bases = different results đ
â˘Sequencing by molecular weight and potency tolerance so ingredients pe*****te effectively rather than sitting on the surface.
â˘Modifying frequency and strength based on real time cellular response
I make it look effortless but itâs not. Stop buying someone elseâs routine and master what works FOR YOU. I offer in person and virtual sessions, hit the link in the bio.
If microneedling has ever left you thinking âthat didnât do much,â this oneâs for you. The treatment is NOT the same name everywhere. Watch before your next appointment, because what I share here changes how youâll look at every microneedling treatment going forward. Skin health first, cosmetic second. Always. đ¤

A read skin day in and day out. Sometimes I can tell when youâre tired, sometimes I can tell your cells are running out of protection. âŁ
âŁ
Neglect, too little water, and everyday free radical exposure slowly damage the oily outer layer of your skin cells. When that layer breaks down, your cells canât take in nutrients or clear waste, and your glow is the first thing to go. âŁ

Swipe for whatâs happening, what actually helps, and the part most skincare accounts leave out. ⣠Save this for the next time skincare isnât cutting it.

CONSULTS
Most people think a consult is the ten minutes before treatment. With me, by the time youâre on my table, Iâve already studied your face.
When you apply, you send me photos, sometimes recent, sometimes I request from a decade or two ago. I ask for those older photos on purpose. They show me the face you were born with, before time, sun, and gravity started impacting it. I study the bone structure. Where the volume used to sit. Which asymmetries have always been part of you, and which ones are newer arrivals. This isnât a a one off quick glance or quickly done between patients ⌠itâs real study, done with intention, before I ever know the sound of your voice.
By the time your consultation is booked, Iâve already built your a blueprint (with room for adjustments). Itâs written, detailed, and waiting for you in your patient portal, not a verbal suggestion improvised on the spot, but something Iâve considered with a clinical roadmap based on what your face has told me. I do this day in and day out.
So when you do walk into the room, Iâm not starting from zero. Iâm already reading you clinically, so we can hit the ground running (some of you love same day treatments but Iâm conservative). I notice where concealer sits a touch heavier, we can discuss which angle you instinctively turn from the camera, the small, subtle habits people develop around the parts of themselves theyâre least confident in or simply that has changed. Those details matter to me as much as any photograph. They tell me where to listen first.
This is why the results people notice, that mirror moment where something looks different, but they canât quite say whatâŚrarely come from a syringe alone. They come from a plan we build together.
Skin health first. Cosmetic second. This process isnât for everyone, and thatâs intentional. New clients are accepted by referral and application only, from Beverly Hills to Rancho Cucamonga. If this resonates with how you think about your own care, apply through the link in my bio â¨

AfterđđżbefoređđżIn skin of color, for every inflamed lesion it may leave something behind. Your melanocytes are more reactiveâŚthe inflammation from any trauma to the skin triggers pigment production long after the bump itself is gone. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Which is why fading alone will never get you there.
And hereâs what almost no one tells you: the way most people treat acne is creating the pigment. Benzoyl peroxide daily. A scrub. A 10% acid. A retinoid layered on top. That routine strips the lipid barrier â ceramides, cholesterol, free fatty acids â and a compromised barrier is a permanently inflamed barrier. In deeper skin, inflammation is the pigment trigger. You are treating the acne in a way that guarantees a cast of dark marks to surface.
ingredients that work both jobs at once:
Azelaic and Salicylic acid â anti-inflammatory, anticomedogenic, and a tyrosinase inhibitor. It treats the lesion and the pigment in one molecule.
Niacinamide â interrupts melanosome transfer to the keratinocyte while stimulating your own ceramide production. Calms and repairs simultaneously.
Tranexamic acid â targets the vascular and inflammatory signaling behind stubborn pigment, not just the melanin itself.
Retinoids, correctly dosed â normalize keratinization and accelerate pigment clearance. Dosing is the entire game here.
âźď¸the best products have a blend of the above, not a whole bunch of Ă la carte stepsâŚformulation is key, not all products are the same.
Ceramide and cholesterol repair â non-negotiable, not optional aftercare.
Tinted mineral SPF with iron oxides â visible light drives pigment in deeper skin. Clear sunscreen does not protect you from it.
What I donât do: hydroquinone as a standalone, aggressive peels on actively inflamed skin, or anything that treats the mark while ignoring the mechanism. And none of it holds if the internal driver is untouched, insulin resistance, androgen patterns, cortisol load, the products doing quiet damage. Or contributing to more inflammation. Please listen! Results may look good now then months down the line it rebounds. Carefully crurated routines, I got you. Questions, comment below.
