Maternity Leave Update! 🥂

First things first… I miss you all!! 🥹🤍 I’m loving being home with baby Merritt, but I’m so excited to get my hands back in your hair!

Since she decided to make her arrival a little early, I’ll be returning to the salon February 23rd instead of March 9th. I’ll be easing back in starting with 2 days a week (Mondays + Tuesdays) and offering both morning + evening appointments.

2025 was my hardest year - it started out in a low place. My business had shifted and I felt like a failure, I got my official PCOS diagnosis, battled prenatal depression, sold our house and moved TWICE while pregnant, had an emergency induction at 35 weeks, recovered from a C section and left my baby in the NICU for 2 weeks after she was born.

This year challenged me in ways I didn’t know I could handle, but in ways I never knew I needed.

2025 was my best year - I built my dream clientele by simply embracing being myself (it was hard work tho), I was given some amazing professional opportunities, I exceeded my yearly sales goal (even after taking the whole month of December off!!), I created and carried a life, I advocated for myself and my daughter medically, I grew in my marriage, I bought a house, and most importantly I became a mom.

I’ve been completely softened and changed for the best. In all of my amazing accomplishments this year, I owe it all to the amazing woman to choose to spend time with me in my chair. It’s no secret that my clients are basically my best friends and your support, encouragement, and loyalty to Oak and Honey could never be thanked enough.

Thank you for the best year of my life, I can’t wait to see you in 2026 🖤✨
