💕 A FEW EXCITING CHANGES ARE COMING TO STYLEZ BY HAZEL K! 💕

I’ve been listening to your feedback, reading your comments, paying attention to the appointment times you’ve been asking for, and making some changes behind the scenes.

Starting OCTOBER 1, we’re making some changes to the way Stylez by Hazel K operates — and I’m excited about this next chapter!

🗓️ NEW SALON SCHEDULE

We’re officially moving back to a WEDNESDAY–SATURDAY salon schedule.

💕 WEDNESDAYS
Extended evening hours will be available for those of you who need to come in after work.

💕 THURSDAYS
Regular salon hours.

💕 FRIDAYS
We’ve officially opened Fridays back up on the booking system!

💕 SATURDAYS
We’re extending Saturday availability for those of you who need a weekend appointment.

The goal is to give you more options while creating a schedule that works better for both my clients AND my business.

💻 THE BOOKING SITE HAS BEEN UPDATED!

I’ve also been making some changes to the booking site and service menu.

You’ll notice us updating services, categories and descriptions designed to make it easier to understand exactly what you’re booking over the next few days .

PLEASE READ YOUR SERVICE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING.

If a service is not currently listed on the booking site, don’t be scared to reach out and ask.

And yes — we’re continuing to make improvements as we go!

💰 DEPOSITS + WEEKLY BOOKING DEADLINE

Here’s an important change:

Deposits are due by 8:00 PM on Sunday for the upcoming appointments.

If your deposit has not been received by Monday morning, your appointment will be removed from the schedule.

This allows me to open those appointments back up to clients who are ready to book.

So please don’t wait until Monday afternoon to send your deposit. Once the deadline passes, the appointment may already be gone.

📧 MONDAYS + TUESDAYS

Mondays and Tuesdays will now be reserved for business operations, client communication, salon administration, content, and loc installations.

This means you can expect most salon communication, emails, announcements and scheduling updates to go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.

These days are also available for loc installations and select specialty appointments.

⏰ NEED A MONDAY OR TUESDAY APPOINTMENT?

I know sometimes life happens and Wednesday–Saturday doesn’t work for everyone.

You CAN still request a Monday or Tuesday appointment.

Those appointments will be considered after-hours/special scheduling and will include an additional after-hours fee.

Simply reach out to me BEFORE booking so I can let you know what’s available and get you taken care of.
