Had a lovely weekend away at a wedding but today I’m back at it.
Dreaded the scale this morning, but because of I know that I can work through anything and consistency is key.
And yes, the sound in this video drops the F bomb, but so do I. Sorry. Not sorry.

Hair surely holds memories.
Haven’t had a haircut since just after my mom went into memory care in April, 2025.
At that time I lobbed off about 6 inches.
Since then it’s held 15 months of memories, most of them sad.
