Quincy Spice Company is a Quincy, IL-based licensed cottage food producer that started in January 2026 with the simple idea of bringing the best organic small-batch, handcrafted spices, in a mercantile tradition, to lovers of cooking and unique flavors in our community. We have put lots of love and careful thought into all of our products and pride ourselves on our creativity with custom blends and seasonings using certified organic ingredients without unnecessary additives. Our goal is to continue building a following by "Makin Blends and Makin Friends". In addition to making our own spice blends we also infuse sugars, produce extracts, create dip mixes, and carry an assortment of certified organic cabinet staple spices. We also offer standard and custom gift packs or baskets for any occasion, just let us know your vision and we will work to make it a reality! Everything we offer is available on our website with shipping and porch pick up options. Currently we are focussed on building our brand through social media, local farmers' markets, and pop-up events. Over the next couple of years we hope to grow our brand offerings so we can open a physical location in Quincy. We look forward to continuing to develop relationships within the surrounding communities and are always open to new spice requests, ideas, and feedback from those who choose our products! Scarlett is a licensed therapist that services clients from age 7 and up via a user friendly telehealth platform or a unique in person counseling experience.

Scarlett creates a non traditional engaging in person therapy experience by utilizing a vintage camper as an office space. The "Counseling Camper" takes the traditional "stale doctors office" feel and turns it into a relaxing retreat for clients of all ages to feel comfortable discussing their specific needs while having a fun nostalgic experience. Kids love the adventurous feeling of the Counseling Camper!

Scarlett Schulz is a compassionate and dedicated counselor committed to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges. She offers a safe, supportive space where thoughts, feelings, and experiences are shared in a collaborative effort to achieve greater self-understanding and growth.

Scarlett earned her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago in 2016, giving her a strong foundation to provide effective, evidence-based care.

Licensed in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri, she offers individual counseling sessions both in-person, and through a secure telehealth platform, providing clarity through therapy from wherever the client feels most comfortable.

Outside of her work, Scarlett enjoys coffee, reading, watching movies, listening to music, and personal development.
