Janey Debus Fit
I provide 1:1 daily coaching to build sustainable habits together through my signature 3-phase method,
The Balanced Body Blueprint.
Take charge of your health
Feel strong, focused, and capable
Be leaner, energized, and confident in your body
At 5 foot I know the struggle of being stuck at 1200 calories without seeing the scale budge.
I’ve also spent years building muscle and strength to now be able to eat over 2000 calories without gaining fat.
The “secret” is called reverse dieting, and if you’ve been personally victimized by the early 2000s, it can be truly life changing.
I live guiding women through this process, because I know what it feels like to feel stuck.
You can do this, and if you want my help in the process, comment GOALS, and let’s chat 🩷

I’m still so honored that each of these amazing women trusted me with their health and fitness 🩷
You are all so incredible, and I’m so proud of all the work you did to create healthy habits while transforming your bodies and your relationship with food.
Fitness is about more than just weight loss. It’s about trusting that you know how to take care of your body, so that you can show up as the woman you want to be.

I hate feeling like I’m bad at something.
I’ve spent my life curating an ADHD collection of hobbies, and you’d think I’d get use to that feeling of things being really hard before they feel better.
Fitness and nutrition are no different. And like you’d hire a piano teacher to learn an instrument, it can be really helpful to have a coach guide you through the process until you feel confident enough to do it on your own.
You have to be a beginner, but you don’t have to do it alone.
If you want me on your side on your fitness journey, comment GOALS and let’s chat 🩷

I lost 50lbs after my third baby, and this is exactly what I’d do if I had to lose the weight again.
After my first baby I thought I’d never feel like myself again, but once I figured out the process I’ve helped myself and other busy moms to do the same.
If you want me to walk you through the process, comment GOALS and let’s chat 🩷

I remember after my 3rd baby, going in for my 6 week postpartum check, telling them my postpartum anxiety was really bad.
“Well what do you do for your regular anxiety?”
And while I hadn’t been formally diagnosed at the time, I immediately said, “I go to the gym.”
Fitness became my lifestyle when I realized my mental needed the gym just as much, if not more, than my physical health.
Stressed, overstimulated, overwhelmed, sad, angry…the gym has been a safe space for me to work through those feelings.
If that sounds like you, you’re not alone.
And if you need someone to talk to, my DMs are open 🩷

It feels like women have never been expected to do as much as we are doing right now.
We are expected to parent like we don’t have a job and work like we don’t have kids.
Pinterest and Instagram make it feel like just being present isn’t enough.
It’s impossible to do it all (and trust me I’ve tried 😅). It’s all about deciding what is taking priority when.
I’ve shifted my focus lately on zooming out. I can’t do everything every day, but I can workout 3 times a week, I can have intentional one on one time with each of my kids once a month. I can plan quarterly staycations with my husband.
Most days it feels like I’m just hanging on, but when I look back I can see how much living has been done in the last six months.
And you don’t need to justify what’s important to you to anyone else. My mom might not understand why I prioritize fitness and going to the gym so much, but that doesn’t mean I need to stop doing what is needed to take care of my physical and mental health.
You are a person outside of your responsibilities and you deserve to care for yourself that way 🩷
Xoxo,
Janey

I had three very different, and difficult postpartum experiences.
I had preeclampsia with all of my babies and then postpartum anxiety.
I know what it feels like to try to claw your way out of the hole when you haven’t slept in months, your body feels foreign and it feels like you’re all alone.
I am so grateful for the women who surrounded me, supported me, and reminded me that this season is temporary. To enjoy the baby snuggles and be kind to myself. That this wasn’t a race and I had nothing to prove.
If you’re still in the trenches, I see you and I’m here for you. 🩷🩷
