This is a patient of mine that hated her gummy smile, so I injected only 4 units of Botox just above her upper lip line and 7 days later she sent me the after photo so excited that her gummy smile was gone! It gives the appearance of a fuller lip without using lip fillers! The process involves injecting micro droplets of Botox into the obicularis oris muscle to denervate the muscles that causes the lip to excessively lift when you smile 👄
